This April marks the beginning of our fourth year since opening at awai Togakushi.
To be in quiet harmony with the climate and spirit of Togakushi.
To listen closely to the voice of water and ingredients.
We are once again taking time to reflect on who we are and how we wish to be.
From April, new members will be joining our team,
and we will continue to deepen both our cuisine and our service,
expressing the character of this land with greater clarity.
Along with this step forward,
beginning April 1, we will revise our dining prices as follows, together with refinements to the course content.
Accommodation rates will also be adjusted accordingly.
Lunch Course — ¥8,000 (around 6 courses)
Dinner Course — ¥15,000 (around 10 courses)
Pairing — ¥8,000
We will continue striving each day
to offer a stay that quietly fills and restores both body and mind.
