The prices of the dinner course and pairings will be revised as follows.(Starting from today's reservation. Tax included)
Dinner course: 12,000 yen
Pairings: 7,000 yen (half 4,200 yen)
For dinner, we will be enhancing the content without changing the concept of "Enjoy the taste of water and ingredients themselves".
Pairings will be changed to focus on carefully selected Nagano wine and original cocktails.
We also plan to offer non-alcoholic pairings using distilled water from plants in Togakushi, etc.
We will continue to work hard to satisfy our customers more than ever before.
